All new customers will be required to pay for orders in full and in advance for the first 3 orders placed. The payment will be divided into 2 parts. The initial deposit is 50% on placement of the order and the remaining 50% will be due when the order is ready to be shipped. Orders will be despatched on receipt of bank transfer or card payment as cleared funds.
Alternative payment terms may then be available subject to approval and suitable references. All new customers will be required to complete our Know Your Business Associate (KYBA) Form for the purposes of verification and compliance in line with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations UK.

Some of our ranges are made to order and therefore have an extended lead time. For individual product lead times please telephone for details of your intended order.
Some of our brands, in particular, our specialist craft brands, are frequently updated with new editions and/or batches. Therefore if a brand displays a batch number please confirm the batch number when placing your order. Please also enquire as to whether there are any new products available as sometimes there may be products that are not yet listed on the website pages.

20ft Container plus – All fulfillment of delivery will be under Incoterms of FOB (destination freight prepaid and added) with Pure Organic Drinks being responsible for all shipping costs until the goods have been received by the Purchaser at the agreed point of destination.
